1 General Terms

4 Betting Rules

• Odds in live betting can change at any moment — the odds at the time your bet is placed are final.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Betpek supports fast and secure deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though verification procedures may add some additional time.

• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed without verification — the account name must match.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Account Suspension & Closure

• If a user is found to be involved in fraudulent betting strategies, match fixing, or any other dishonest activity.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or other suspicious financial activity.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the account will be closed after any valid pending withdrawal requests have been processed.

8 Anti-Fraud Policy
